Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells are the most common expression platform for commercial-scale production of therapeutic antibodies and recombinant proteins. Based on rational design of formulations and extensive cell culture experience, we can provided a series of high-performance basal media, feeds and supplements for different CHO cell lines (e.g. CHO-K1, CHO-DG44, CHO-S, CHOZN etc.). The chemically defined (CD) cell culture media support cell growth in high-density suspension culture and maximize the expression of antibodies and recombinant proteins.
